Bikram Choudhury re-popularized and modified certain Hatha yoga positions,
by putting together a sequence of 26 traditional Hatha yoga asanas. Bikram
says these were originally given by Patanjali over 4000 years ago. Bikram yoga is
also done in a hot environment, about 40ºC, which makes one sweat.
Sweating has long been known for its great health and spiritual benefits - from
